Before You Reach Out
We recommend booking 3–7 days in advance, especially for weekend appointments which fill quickly. We do occasionally have same-week openings — just ask!
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a small cancellation fee to respect our groomers' time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected at the end of the appointment. We never charge deposits.
